CJ Moore Ltd took on the job of restoring and renovating our period property, which had been largely untouched for 40 years. It was a complex project, involving multiple trades and the challenge of modernisation without destroying the character and feel of the house. Chris and his entire team were, quite simply, outstanding in every aspect of the project - professional, knowledgeable, skilled, personable and always ready to go the extra mile to get something ‘just right’. Chris’ leadership and dedication to the project were fantastic. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Problems along the way were explained calmly with possible solutions already thought through to share with us. We were based 200 miles away during the build and we would receive regular updates and photos from Chris to keep us updated on progress. Chris’ wife Sarah works out of the main office and was absolutely integral to the project’s success - keeping on top of every detail of the project, sourcing tricky items, sorting out tardy suppliers and generally the font of all knowledge! They make a formidable team.
We finished ahead of schedule, despite rotten ceiling joists adding weeks of additional work mid project; to the agreed budget.
In summary, a really well run project by a fantastic team of professionals who delivered the highest possible standards of work and really cared about our home. We could not recommend them more highly
